  I have walked the scaffold on more than 200 façade packages in Dhaka. The failure I see most often is not the coating — it is a substrate that was never allowed to dry before the basecoat went on. I now insist on a moisture reading before any of our systems are signed off.

  I have trained over 900 applicators at Dhanmondi. In our monsoon I have personally watched a perfect trowel finish blush overnight, so I teach crews to read the sky, not just the datasheet, and to stop work at 85% RH rather than push through.

  I test every incoming batch that lands in Bangladesh before it reaches a site. Twice I have rejected shipments on adhesion results alone. That habit came from investigating a delamination case where the numbers, not the opinions, told the story.
