Who writes this content

Every product page, solution page and wiki article on this site is drafted by the Terraco Bangladesh technical team and reviewed by a named member of our Technical Advisory panel — practising civil engineers, architects and materials scientists working out of the Dhanmondi Experience Center. The reviewer is credited by name on each article.

How we source facts

• Manufacturer technical datasheets and safety data sheets for the exact batch supplied in Bangladesh.
• Published EN, ISO and EOTA test methods, cited on the article itself.
• Independent laboratory results for adhesion, water absorption and weathering.
• Our own site records — mock-up panels, applicator training sessions and completed projects in Dhaka and Chattogram.

Review before publication

No coverage rate, mixing ratio, curing window or performance figure is published until it has been checked against the current datasheet and, where it concerns application, verified on a physical mock-up panel. Guidance that depends on local climate is tested under Bangladeshi humidity before it appears here.

Updating

Content is re-checked whenever a formulation, datasheet or referenced standard changes, and the full technical library is reviewed at least annually. Substantive changes are recorded on the page.

Corrections

If you find a factual error — a wrong figure, an out-of-date standard, a mis-stated procedure — email info@lavishobm.com with the page address and the detail. We acknowledge within two working days, verify with the reviewing advisor, and correct the page. Where the error could have affected a specification or an application on site, we add a dated correction note to the page rather than silently editing it.
