This website is operated by Lavisho OBM, the authorised distributor of Terraco finishing materials in Bangladesh, from the Terraco Bangladesh Experience Center at Rupayan Khan Plaza, House: 500, Road: 07, (Mirpur Road) Dhanmondi, Dhaka. For any privacy question, write to info@lavishobm.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us — name, email, phone, company and project description.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.
• Aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

Why we use it

To answer specification and quotation enquiries, arrange mock-up panels or applicator training, and improve the technical content on this site. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who host this site or deliver email on our behalf, and where required by Bangladeshi law. Where a technical enquiry concerns a Terraco Group product formulation, we may share the technical detail (not your personal data) with the manufacturer.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy and related security headers. Security reports can be sent to the address in our security.txt.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@lavishobm.com. We respond within 30 days.
